Guess who now has worsening kidney values?

Emma had her annual check up recently. She lost 2 lbs since the last visit. The vet thought GI issue. I said kidney issues because Leroy
B12 levels are normal. BUN and creatinine are slightly elevated. Phosphorus is still within normal range. The vet says to keep giving the Porus One supplement and will recheck blood work in a month. Fluids could be helpful and I still have Leroy's stuff but there's no way Emma would hold still for that.
I read somewhere that rabbit is hard on the kidneys. Emma has food sensitivities and a picky palate. Rabbit is the only protein she will eat. Is there a kidney friendly canned rabbit food? She's eating freeze dried raw right now which is what Leroy was eating before I switched him to a frozen raw when his kidneys started failing.
