ADMIN! HELP!

While I was able to register for this site, I cannot register on your sister Feline Diabetes site, which is the one I really need to join. The registration page will let me create my log in credentials but when I go to complete the regsitration, I get this error: "Oops! We ran into some problems.
You did not complete the CAPTCHA verification properly"
That might be because here is no CAPTCHA showing on the reg page.

I've tried 3 days in a row with the same issue - tried different browsers and two computers. No luck.

Can you please have your IT people reach out to me? I'm a catmom with a new diagnosis and I have SO many questions for the tribe!

Hi there! Did you answer the "what species is this forum dedicated to?" question correctly? That's the only CAPTCHA required on FDMB. Check that, and I'll send you a private message, if you can give me your email I can check into it on the back end...

I typed "CATS!" Too much enthusiasm for CAPTCHA?

Certainly… try just no caps and no exclamation.
